As you are aware, traffic citations can be costly in terms of how they affect your driving record, automobile insurance rates & time in court.
If you use my services, in most cases, you will not be required to appear in Court on non-criminal traffic violations, as I will make an appearance on your behalf.
You may call me for a free telephone consultation. Should you desire that I represent you, my fees generally range from $49.00 to $99.00. As is a standard practice & procedure, the client is responsible for any fines or court cost the court may impose. If you receive points on your license when a plea agreement has been arranged, your attorney's fees will be returned, as long as you do not have more than one prior citation in the last twelve months, were not traveling in excess of 30 mph over the speed limit or speeding in a school zone.
If you hire me, I will first try to get your case dismissed, and if I'm not able to, I will then seek to keep points off your Driver's License and to keep you out of Driving School. Please, remember that if you just pay the ticket, it is the same as pleading guilty and you WILL receive points on your Driver's License, which may cause your insurance rates to increase and may lead to your Driver's License being suspended for excessive points. If you elect to take Defensive Driving School, the election will remain on your Florida's Driver's License record for life.
